Welcome to Pharma Pal! We are delighted to assist you in managing your medication journey. By downloading, installing, or using the Pharma Pal mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Pharma Pal is a personal medication management tool designed to help you track your medications and receive reminders. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Pharma Pal is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. The App is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding your medical condition and treatment.
Do not rely solely on the App for medication administration.
We are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of the App.

4. Premium Subscription

Pharma Pal offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features such as cloud sync, family management, and advanced reminders.

Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the selected plan (monthly or yearly).
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ragab Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ragab Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
